Each individual may hold only one registered Account on gt108. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances therein.

To open an Account, you must provide accurate complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
gt108 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a legible copy of a government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad / NRIC, passport, or equivalent) and may be asked to provide proof of address or source of funds at gt108's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. gt108 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify gt108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. gt108 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings to provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
gt108 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). The available methods and their associated limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. gt108 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
All Account Balances, wagers, winings, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). gt108 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited within seconds to minutes. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–15 minutes. gt108 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from family members, friends, or business accounts — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be voided and returned to the originating account.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a real-money Balance equal to or exceding the minimum withdrawal amount; (c) have no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds that lock the Balance; and (d) be in good standing with no open disputes or flags.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are detailed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically completed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers via FPX or online banking may take up to several business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. gt108 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before midnight (MYT).
gt108 applies a withdrawal method matching policy whereby funds must, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraudulent transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by gt108 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x on a RM100 bonus means you must place cumulative wagers totalling RM2,000 before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated expiry period.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single wager is MYR 250 – MYR 500 (as specified in the individual promotion terms). Exceding this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%, live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) contribute 10–20%, sports betting contributes at the rate specified in each promotion. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
gt108 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or hedging wagers specifically to meet wagering requirements; coordinating with other users to systematically exploit promotional terms. Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting). Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account without further notice.
gt108 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations involving suspicious betting patterns, system errors, or potential market manipulation.
All bets on sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia governing authority, UFC). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, gt108's determination shall be final.
A bet may be declared void by gt108 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a palpable error in pricing occurred; the event result is affected by circumstances outside the normal rules of the sport; or the relevant market was suspended at the time the bet was placed.
In-play betting markets are subject to greater volatility and may be suspended at any time during the course of an event. gt108 does not guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market throughout the duration of an event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt108 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:
gt108 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected money laundering or fraud to the relevant authorities. All suspicious transactions are monitored and logged in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
All content on the gt108 platform — including but not limited to the gt108 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of gt108 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of gt108. Unauthorised use of gt108's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt108 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: system outages or technical failures; delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions; errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected; or your reliance on information published on the Platform.
gt108's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gt108's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
gt108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

gt108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may be harmful to the Platform or other Members.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gt108 support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after satisfying any outstanding obligations.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any unsettled bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any resulting balance will be processed in accordance with gt108's withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gt108 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gt108's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
gt108 maintains a formal complaints procedure. Members wishing to raise a dispute should first contact our customer support team with full details of the complaint. gt108 will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
gt108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gt108 will provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
